Rooms were clean. Staff is amazing at the front desk especially Hope who is a very hard worker! Deidre who works on the weekends in the breakfast area is so welcoming and she sure goes above and beyond for everyone!! "They both deserve a pay raise" My family enjoyed our stay so much we came back for a second weekend.The pool area is so nice and relaxing. We would stay again if needed. Overall experience was great😊

Tesla friendly! There are 2 Tesla destination chargers out back. Perfect for road trip planning. I prefer Hilton family hotels, and when I saw this one had destination chargers, I booked a room for my stay. I arrived, located the charger and plugged right in. Very nice! I did the online check-in with my app and was able to go straight to my room. No problems. The room was ready for my arrival. Fairly quiet area.

The room did not seem like it had been cleaned well. The hotel does not appear to be updated. The shower floor was narrow and a bit uneven. It made you feel like you could fall if you didnÂ¿t hold on to rail inside shower.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot usual breakfast... fruit, sausage or bacon, biscuits gravy, waffles. Parking was pretty tight. Overflow through the hospital parking lot with a covered walk to 4th floor. Not fond of all the big dogs with guests.

The overall hotel was clean, the room was clean the staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast was above average. The parking lot was well illuminated and the luggage carts were plentiful. I have an issue with the size of the room. It is not well represented by the online photos. A king size bed in an under sized room that was supposed to be handicap accessible. This Hotel was very clean considering the places I've been since covid

We use this hotel whenever we are in Salem for hospital stays. I checked out today and a hour later found out my husband was staying another night in hospital. I want to thank Michael so much for setting me up for another night at hotel. He made my stressful day a whole lot better and both my husband and I appreciate all that he did for us. We recommend this hotel to our friends in WV whenever they are going to any of the hospitals around this area. Thank you so much.
